We start with a focused visit to understand your concerns, your goals, and the exterior in front of us. Neil reviews the information you provide before the appointment, then spends the visit looking at the property, documenting relevant visible conditions, and identifying the decisions that deserve a closer look.

The assessment also helps establish whether your priorities are primarily about protecting the home, preserving what you already have, updating its appearance or performance, or some combination of the three.
