The assessment gives you an Exterior Home Assessment. Project Planning gives you a Project Planning Summary. Exterior Project Planning, scope-priced, ends in your Exterior Project Roadmap. Optional exterior-only design examples are included where helpful, not guaranteed.

Prepare and compare bids
If you want help understanding contractor proposals, ask Big Lake to confirm the current review scope, deliverable, and exact price.

Make your own contractor decision
Resolve questions and compare scope, specifications and terms. You select, hire and contract directly with your contractor.
Already have contractor bids? Go directly to Bid & Proposal Review. You do not need an assessment or Roadmap first. You choose and contract with your contractor directly.
