Neil brings more than 10 years of experience across the exterior building-products industry, including work with manufacturers, distributors, dealers, contractors, retail customers, and homeowners throughout Michigan. That experience gave him a firsthand view of how materials were chosen, how proposals were written, and where gaps in communication left homeowners vulnerable.
